How do I check the status of my order?

Upon placing your order, please allow 3 to 5 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouse pack your goods and have it shipped as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. You may also come back to our website at any time and visit our Order Tracking page to check on the status of your shipment. If you did not receive your tracking number or have any updates under our Order Tracking page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to assist.

Why do I get more than one tracking numbers for the same order?

When you purchase more than one products in an order, sometimes we may ship them out separately to you. When this occurs, you will receive more than one tracking numbers, one for each shipment.

How long does shipping takes?

Our warehouses are located around the world. For orders in the United States, it will normally take 2 to 4 weeks. For International orders, please allow up to 7 weeks, depending on destination.
