Ordering & Shipping Policy

All prices on this website are listed in United States Dollars.

Our warehouses are located in different parts of the world and we ship worldwide.


Order Processing

On average, it will take about 3-5 days to process customers' orders before they are shipped out.

We will notify you by email when your order has been shipped out. Tracking numbers will be made available for you to track your shipment.


Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please email your request to support@hotkitchenware.com immediately. Alternatively, you may use the 'Contact Us' page on this website to request for the cancellation.

If we receive your cancellation request before the order has been shipped out, we will cancel the shipment and issue you a full refund within 7 days. If your cancellation request arrived after the order has been shipped out, then you will need to wait for all the items in the order to arrive and then return them to us before a refund can be issued. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for instructions on how to return the items to us.


Insured Shipping

Normally, shipping to locations within the United States will take about 2 to 4 weeks after shipping out. Shipping to other countries may take as long as 7 weeks, depending on the destination.

If you do not receive your item, or receive an item not as ordered, or if the item arrived damaged or defective, we will either send you a replacement item free of charge or issue to you a full refund. We will require you to send us a photo of the the item that you have received not as ordered, damaged or defective as proof for claims.


Separate Shipments

Due to logistical reasons, different items in the same order may sometimes be shipped out separately. As a result, you may receive your items within the same purchase via different shipments at different times when they are sent out in separate packages.


Import Duties

Import duties, taxes and charges, if any, are not included in the item prices or shipping charges. These costs are your responsibility and you will need to pay them directly to the relevant authorities in your country for custom clearance.


Delivery Delays

Please be aware that sometimes your items may get stuck in customs and it can take a little longer than expected to reach you. Some delays can also be expected during the holiday seasons at year end.
